| 1. Assessment All we need to get started is some simple information about your home and your family's hot water usage and the number of family living there. Other information, type and size of current water heater, style of house, roof orientation and roof material. 2. Schedule an Appointment We will schedule a time to come to your home to perform a site evaluation and consultation. Site evaluations are $100.00 and usually take 1 to 2 hours. During this visit, we will collect the information needed to generate a proposal. 3. Proposal Review We will deliver a proposal to you in person. The proposal includes system placement, routing of pipes, placement of heat exchanger, total cost of system installed and tax credits. 4. Sign Contract If you decide to go ahead with the project, you will sign a contract with Real Earth Power. From here we will take care of permitting, construction and inspections. 5. Installation Installation will start once the contract has been signed, all permits and materials are obtained. Residential installations range from 1 to 3 days depending on the complexity of the system. 6. Inspection and Activation After your installation is complete, your system will be inspected by your municipality (if applicable) Real Earth Power will schedule and attend all municipal inspections. Following your inspection the system will be activated. Real Earth Power will provide all owner's manuals, warranties and instructions on how to monitor your system. |
